Perform end-to-end IVR testing across multiple channels and languages (English and Spanish). Design, develop, and execute Cyara automated test scripts for IVR and call flow validation. Validate Amazon Connect call flows, routing logic, and integrations. Perform API and microservices validation using Postman and related tools. Partner with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, Product, Telephony, Ops) to ensure test completeness and accuracy. Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive closure with engineering teams. Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and reusable test frameworks for Contact Center programs. Document test results, prepare reports, and ensure traceability of requirements to test coverage. Support continuous improvement by optimizing automation coverage and testing processes.
