Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with expertise in digital design and exposure to print design/production in consumer products. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required. Able to create gifs; basic video editing preferred. Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and balance. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. An agile self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who thrives in an ever-changing work environment and values feedback and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to a variety of audiences. Experience or interest in the craft industry a plus.
