Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, digital media, communications or related field 7+ years of related experience in graphic design and marketing communications Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing assets and campaign tracking Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and methods in a regulated industry Creativity with strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements for promotional materials Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in marketing In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and channels (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, SEO tools) Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge Experience with marketing project management tools (e.g., monday.com) Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Proficiency with Zoom and Google Meet Proficiency with Salesforce Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data (including Google Analytics 4) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
