Senior Digital Product Designer

At least 5+ years of experience as a full-stack designer focused on customer-facing digital products A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design across web, mobile, and multi-platform digital experiences Proven ability to create and uphold visual design systems across platforms Familiarity with design patterns for responsive web and native mobile applications Experience designing and optimizing e-commerce or direct-to-consumer experiences Track record of shaping and shipping high-quality digital experiences in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams Clear, confident communication skills and a strong history of effective teamwork Master in Figma, and proficient across the Adobe suite Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Serve as a full-stack designer, participating in user-research, interaction design, visual design, and experience/product ecosystem design and strategy Design responsive web, mobile native, and in-store digital experiences Collaborate with business stakeholders to design customer-facing technology solutions Apply Scout's brand to all aspects of digital design Foster collaboration with other designers and engineering partners Contribute to establishing best practices, standards, and design guidelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle last-minute tasks Collaborate with the Design Director to foster team dynamics and performance
