Senior Digital Designer (Contract Position)

5+ years preferred experience as a Digital Designer, Senior Designer, or similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating visual strategy and high-fidelity production Proven success designing direct response emails that drive conversion Expert-level mastery of Figma for design systems, production, and prototyping Ability to set the strategic visual standard for complex, multi-channel campaigns Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) Proven ability to work effectively in a 100% remote work environment Excellent verbal and visual communication skills Must know your way around Slack Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Lead the visual development and production of digital assets across various client channels Translate strategic goals and brand guidelines into visual solutions Maintain expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Own design file structure, organization, and hand-off process Work cross-functionally with strategists, copywriters, and account managers Utilize ClickUp to manage workloads and track project statuses Partner with internal builders and developers to ensure designs are feasible and optimized Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and compelling mockups Set and maintain high standards for design quality, consistency, and accessibility
