Requirements:
3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong time management abilities Motivated, adaptable, and excited to work in a collaborative team environment Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management best practices Experience selling to HR or People teams (Nice to Have) Familiarity with compliance training or e-learning platforms (Nice to Have) Background in selling to businesses with fewer than 200 employees (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and close new small business opportunities to exceed monthly sales quotas Use persuasive communication to tailor your message to each prospect’s unique needs and context Become an expert in EasyLlama’s suite of products to effectively position customer value Articulate ideas and information in a straightforward and easily understandable manner Conduct engaging demos that showcase how our solution addresses unique prospect pain points Own the sales process end-to-end from prospecting to proposal creation and closing Make confident, timely decisions to keep deals moving forward Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene to support visibility and forecasting Take accountability for your territory’s performance and proactively adjust strategies Partner closely with Customer Support and Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Advocate for customer needs internally and help identify opportunities for improvement
