Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. 3+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Automation, or related field. Proven expertise with automation platforms (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.). Strong background in GTM systems (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.). Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (OpenAI, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.). Skilled in prompt engineering, prototyping AI agents, and API integrations. Hands-on with AI/ML models and vector databases. Knowledge of CRM data structures and GTM connectivity. Familiarity with outbound automation tools (Smartlead, Instantly.ai, HeyReach.io, Octave, Attio). 5+ years of Python and SQL experience. Experience managing multiple POCs and cross-functional projects. Understanding software migration and change control processes. Agile/Scrum development experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
