Ability to navigate ambiguity with ease. Communicate with clarity and confidence, both written and verbal. Proficient with modern sales tools and productivity software.
Responsibilities:
Generate targeted lists of mid-market prospects using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Craft personalized outbound messages to spark interest. Respond to inbound requests within the first hour. Lead discovery sessions to understand customer needs and pain points. Position compliance solutions to align with customer goals. Demonstrate industry expertise and knowledge. Understand competitive landscape and address objections. Lead tailored product demos and presentations. Create compelling proposals highlighting ROI. Utilize customer success stories in presentations. Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, RFPs, and negotiations. Build relationships with decision-makers, champions, and influencers. Leverage internal executives to facilitate deals. Manage and maintain a transparent CRM pipeline. Forecast accurately and track deal status. Meet weekly KPIs including win-rate, lead conversion, and opportunity generation. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales enablement teams. Share insights and experiences to improve product offerings and sales tactics. Engage on social media to represent the brand and share expertise. Stay updated on industry trends and enhance skills.
