Create concepts, prototypes, and designs, determining when high-fidelity or low-fidelity approaches are appropriate. Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user experience. Establish expertise in customer experience tooling and AI-driven workflows, staying current with industry trends. Ensure design solutions align with strategic objectives and organizational vision.
