Level 2+/3 engineering skillset Strong experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Entra ID and Intune Experience with Meraki networking (switching, wireless, security appliances) Background in project coordination or technical project implementation High emotional intelligence and a people-first communication approach

Lead technology integration for newly acquired locations Develop and refine a repeatable onboarding and infrastructure standards plan Coordinate implementation activities with internal onsite technician teams Provide Level 2+/3 technical expertise for integrations, migrations, and endpoint management Architect and validate cloud-based solutions within a fully Microsoft environment (Entra ID, Intune) Ensure consistent device experience, security, and best practices across 50+ offices Help shape the long-term technology roadmap aligned with the customer's rapid growth strategy Identify opportunities to streamline processes and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
