Experience with organic strategies beyond social media (e.g., Reddit, influencer/UGC). Strong creative brief writing skills and ability to translate concepts into performing assets. Comfortable with tests, lift studies, and content-assisted attribution. Experience hiring, managing, and developing teams. Technical depth in media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, lift testing, and surveys. Shopify experience and comfort partnering with Product and CX teams. Hands-on experience with product feed architecture and diagnostics (Feedonomics or similar).
