Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end hospital activations Coordinate across clinical teams, hospital IT and cybersec, product and engineering, and third-party vendors Own escalation and resolution processes for activation blockers Develop and maintain activation playbooks, checklists, runbooks, and onboarding materials Design and maintain activation tracking and risk dashboards Capture and share learnings from each activation Identify and drive automation or standardization opportunities Act as the voice of the hospital to represent customer needs
