- Drive product design end-to-end, from discovery and user research to prototyping and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to understand user needs and improve workflows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, including occasional hospital visits to support deployments and gather feedback.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Help evolve our design system and champion user-centered design across the company.
