Requirements:
3+ years of Project/Program Management or relevant experience. 2+ years of experience in budget management. Working familiarity with industry-specific processes, including MLR review. Background working on teams focused on promotional projects for Medical Education. Demonstrated track record of leading small to medium scale products from conception through completion. Experience working cross-functionally with copy, design, account, and project management. Proficient in creating timelines and tracking progress against schedules. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Own project deliverables such as slide decks, print projects, and smaller digital initiatives. Manage projects from initiation through final closing, including planning, coordination, creation, and launch. Serve as a main point of contact for assigned projects and work with Account Managers. Define project scope and objectives, develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports. Manage project budgets and client invoicing activities. Conduct project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards. Manage all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery. Ensure proper reviews and approvals at appropriate stages. Effectively communicate expectations to internal teams and vendors. Interface with key agency teams to ensure milestones are met. Plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time, budget, and quality targets. Collaborate with finance and accounting on revenue recognition/invoicing. Communicate directly with clients regarding project details. Perform risk planning and mitigation. Help create service or departmental standard operating procedures. Route deliverables for review/sign-off. Ensure sign-off prior to key junctures. Enforce agency process and manage quality assurance.
