- Support project scoping by gathering requirements and translating them into clear, actionable tasks.
- Manage project budgets by tracking hours, reviewing invoices, and maintaining budget control.
- Forecast and manage project resources in alignment with budgets, schedules, and team capacity.
- Oversee and report on project health to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify project risks by anticipating issues and developing mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, design, development, and QA teams to maintain alignment.
- Lead project meetings including kickoff, weekly status, sprint planning, training, and launch.
- Keep thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Manage changes effectively by evaluating change requests and assessing their impact.
- Identify potential new sales opportunities with clients.
