Own customer relationships post-subscription, including stakeholder engagement and executive alignment Manage renewals, contract changes, cancellations, and upsells across a portfolio of 180+ accounts Understand client goals and position Flxpoint solutions to meet business objectives Identify expansion opportunities using product usage data and support trends Collaborate with Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure delivery of value Track sales metrics: pipeline activity, conversion rates, and expansion revenue
