3+ years experience in account management, customer success and/or sales. 1-3 years experience in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making related to financial impact. Prior experience in a client-facing role. Industry experience in vacation rentals, real estate, and/or hospitality (preferred). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
