Responsibilities:
Own and evolve Runpod's core positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Develop messaging that differentiates Runpod in the market. Create and maintain a messaging framework. Partner with brand and demand gen teams for messaging consistency. Own the creation of long-form, technical content. Develop and execute an SEO/GEO-driven content strategy. Analyze content performance and iterate on strategies. Build a repeatable, AI-assisted content creation process. Lead GTM strategy for product launches, pricing changes, and market expansions. Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and sales. Own competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence programs. Conduct customer research. Synthesize data to inform messaging, positioning, and content strategy. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal strategy discussions. Establish the product marketing and content function at Runpod.
