Integration Configuration Specialist

2+ years of experience in system and data integration projects. Proficiency in at least three of: Web services and APIs (SOAP and REST), JSON, XML, XSLT-based data transformation, or SQL (scripting and data modeling). Experience with logging software and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.

Configure, monitor, and maintain integrations for new and existing customers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Monitor and optimize data ingestion processes. Implement quality control measures for incoming data. Develop and maintain internal documentation on data integrations.
