Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3–7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems, particularly Beeline (VMS). Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Beeline APIs, and data transformation (XML, JSON, SQL). Experience designing and developing Workday integrations. Understanding of contingent workforce management, HR procurement, and related system integrations. Ability to analyze the impact of inbound Workday integrations on system workflows. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve integration issues. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. At least 3 years of experience integrating Workday with VMS (preferably Beeline). Experience working with Beeline Integration teams. Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft). Knowledge of broader HRIS/ERP integrations and data security/compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).
