Technical acumen: SQL, JSON, API server to server integrations; intermediate coding experience a plus. Strong customer management, communication, collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent customer integration onboarding projects. Configure and manage API based integrations using SQL/JSON for data mapping. Develop/refine setup procedures for new and existing integrations. Track customer project status and health. Lead customer communications for integration onboarding projects.
