Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, geosciences, or a related field. Minimum five years of related experience in commercial land development, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field. Proven project management skills, including cross-functional team management, due diligence, entitlements, budgeting, and scheduling. Advanced knowledge of land use planning, zoning, and permitting processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to review and interpret technical reports. Advanced proficiency in managing project timelines and deliverables. Ability to make day-to-day decisions autonomously. Advanced experience working with teams across departments such as engineering, legal, and finance. Proven experience engaging with external consultants. Advanced experience with managing relationships with permitting agencies, local governments, and community stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, Prospect, Bluebeam, and Procore (preferred). Smartsheet experience (preferred). Project Management Professional certification (preferred).
