Manage end-to-end commercial process for enterprise accounts, ensuring timely renewals. Proactively identify, action, and mitigate churn risks. Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell). Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (VP and above). Develop and execute detailed Account Plans. Maintain a robust pipeline coverage and accurately forecast revenue targets. Coordinate internal resources and navigate external buying teams for complex deals. Follow prescribed sales process and improve renewal and expansion operations.
