Manage the CRM Team for CRM product and integration design/development. Partner with M&A, Acquisition, and external vendors for CRM migrations. Understand business needs and how CRM solves problems. Provide strategic direction for the CRM environment. Document business processes, SLAs, controls, and KPIs. Build and refine the CRM platform roadmap with stakeholders. Define functional/technical requirements, processes, and reporting. Identify and resolve gaps/risks in business requirements. Organize and prioritize technical projects. Manage a portfolio of integrations and projects. Develop repeatable processes for integrations and communication.
