Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of combined experience in Salesforce and .NET development. 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams. Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model design, metadata management, and platform limits. Deep experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API) and Azure cloud services. Strong foundation in Agile methodologies and delivery KPIs. Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect) highly preferred. Microsoft Azure certifications highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead engineering teams focused on Salesforce and .NET applications. Provide technical mentorship on Apex, LWC, Flows, and .NET technologies. Oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, and manage technical debt. Drive architectural standards, data model design, and compliance. Manage and optimize deployment processes using Gearset and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies. Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data teams. Partner with business stakeholders and external vendors. Oversee configuration, automation, and workflow optimization. Ensure proper documentation, testing, compliance, and release management. Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent. Serve as a connection point between technical teams and business leaders. Promote continuous improvement in engineering standards, automation, testing, and documentation. Contribute to long-term architectural planning.
