Senior Accounting Manager

8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big Four or similar) and in-house experience at a tech or SaaS company Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with deep familiarity with ASC 606 and core SaaS accounting concepts Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement support Audit and compliance experience, including internal controls design, documentation, and external audit preparation Proficiency with major ERPs, Excel / Google Sheets, Rippling An ownership mindset, high attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast paced startup environment

Own the month-end and quarter-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP Build, document, and maintain internal controls to conduct a first year audit in accordance with GAAP, ASC 606, etc. Own accounts payable end to end – vendor setup, invoice coding and approvals, and payment runs Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and key balance sheet accounts, including accounts payable and accrued expenses Partner with Finance, RevOps, and other teams to ensure accurate revenue and expense recognition Support implementation, integration, and optimization of ERPs and modern SaaS finance tools while managing day-to-day accounting operations
