FP&A Analyst, GTM

Experience as an FP&A Analyst or similar Finance role focused on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to navigate the three financial statements and partner with Accounting during monthly close. Ability to understand and update financial models in Google Sheets. Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data-driven insights. Ability to present financial data concisely using reports, charts, and written/oral communication. BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent practical experience (plus). Experience with financial systems like NetSuite and Adaptive Insights (plus).

Build, maintain, and enhance Google Sheets-based P&L models for forecasting. Lead quarterly business reviews, monthly forecast cycles, and annual planning. Partner with Accounting during month-end close to validate accruals and reconcile variances. Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership and sales managers. Manage workstream, prioritize deliverables, and escalate risks to meet deadlines.
