Co-run paid advertising with the Head of Marketing. Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creative variations across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. Collaborate closely and communicate updates, insights, and needs in real time. Manage high volumes of assets and maintain an organized structure across platforms. Monitor and interpret data daily to make recommendations on spend, creative rotation, and targeting. Optimize toward key metrics including CPL, CTR, CAC, EPC, and lead quality. Assist in scaling spend while protecting lead quality and performance. Pull performance reports and provide insights to marketing leadership. Work closely with creative and copy teams to brief needed assets. Partner with agencies and affiliate teams as needed for alignment on strategy and execution. Support the Head of Marketing with ongoing projects, workflows, and strategic initiatives.
