Lead execution of channel and technical requirements for direct mail, text, email, in-clinic, digital, and in-app campaigns. Manage campaign performance reporting, process improvement, and SOP management. Work with 3rd party vendors for execution, proofing, and User Acceptance Testing. Support implementation of new initiatives and partnerships. Develop project plans, timelines, and manage resources for on-time delivery. Respond to marketing requests and ensure successful project progression. Collaborate with technical, content, and internal business partners. Facilitate training on outreach for provider-facing field teams.
