Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven B2B outbound sales management experience. Expert proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including funnel metrics and forecasting. Exceptional skills in pipeline management and sales forecasting. Demonstrated ability to monitor team performance and report to senior leadership. Proven track record of developing sales talent and improving representative performance. Deep understanding of Sales Theory and outbound methodologies. High-level competency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot. Experience with conversation intelligence or sales engagement platforms (e.g., Gong) is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to exceed revenue targets. Drive consistent execution across the full sales funnel. Own and monitor team KPIs for predictable performance. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to refine messaging and sales cycles. Manage pipeline coverage and forecasting accuracy. Implement best practices in CRM, deal qualification, and account growth. Analyze team performance data and coach accordingly. Report weekly and monthly to senior leadership on revenue goals.
