Senior Data Scientist

Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist in the brokerage, trading, or financial services industry. Expert-level proficiency in Python (including pandas, scikit-learn) and advanced SQL. Deep understanding of statistical methods for supervised and unsupervised learning. Hands-on experience with cloud-native data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift; Trino & Iceberg used). Familiarity with modern ETL processes. Ability to lead projects through the entire lifecycle (research, development, deployment, maintenance). Strong understanding of handling high-volume data. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Design and execute deep predictive and descriptive analyses across finance, marketing, and product metrics. Spearhead research, proof-of-concept, and full-lifecycle development of agentic AI systems. Own the end-to-end development of data science solutions from research to maintenance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Contribute to evolving data science capabilities by championing best practices in statistical modelling, MLOps, and advanced AI.
