Requirements:
Experience training in a call center environment Experience performance managing in a call center environment Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field Health coaching certification is a plus Consistently demonstrates high quality execution and reliability Willing to work some nights and weekends as needed Internet-connected and able to work remotely Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Train all new hires on the outreach team, including processes, best practices, and shadowing sessions. Create training materials for the outreach team. Performance manage all new hires on the outreach team. Project manage and execute all training operations. Own quality assurance during the onboarding period by listening to and scoring calls, and providing feedback. Complete administrative functions such as eligibility checks and managing support tickets. Manage inbound calls from potential patients. Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to patients as needed.
