Proficiency in PlanSwift Experience estimating flooring projects Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Excellent communication and coordination skills with subcontractors Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple estimates
Responsibilities:
Prepare flooring estimates using PlanSwift Calculate job costs including labor, materials, and project expenses Review blueprints, take-offs, and project specifications Communicate with subcontractors to gather quotes and clarify scope Track pricing, materials, and subcontractor updates Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted on time Assist with revisions and change orders
