Strong understanding of masonry techniques and materials. Proficient in estimating software (Bluebeam preferably). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Analyze architectural and structural drawings to determine masonry project requirements. Prepare accurate estimates for masonry materials. Assess project scope and complexity to provide more accurate estimates. Maintain accurate records of estimates. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulations.
