Senior Estimator

Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as an Estimator and/or Quantity Surveyor in formwork or concrete construction. Strong technical expertise in formwork systems. Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing review and measurement. Experience with at least one estimating software: PlanSwift, Procore, or Bluebeam. Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings with a high level of accuracy. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and mathematical accuracy. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. Proficient in MS Office, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.

Review architectural and structural drawings to identify all formwork requirements. Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-offs for concrete, reinforcement steel, lumber, anchors, and related materials. Develop cost estimates and support preparation of bids and tender submissions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams. Update estimates as design changes occur. Participate in internal project reviews and contribute to cost optimization strategies. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of estimating deliverables.
