Product Manager

Previous working experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner. Experience working within an Agile development environment. Experience creating test plans, executing experiments, and making decisions on test results. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Customer focused and data driven with a passion for solving customer problems. A good working knowledge of eCommerce. Comfortable learning new tools and technologies. Self-organised, motivated, and able to drive the RevOps product strategy. Experience in revenue, growth, acquisition, and conversion product areas (Bonus). Experience using Github for issues tracking (Bonus). An understanding of games modding and knowledge of Nexus Mods (Bonus). A love of computer games (Bonus).

Deliver features supporting commercial goals and the vision of 'Making Modding Easy.' Identify, qualify, and prioritize user and business needs; translate into roadmap and backlog. Design and execute experiments locally and globally for product positioning, channels, and growth/revenue levers. Champion product vision with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Designers, Community Managers). Collaborate with teams, communicating business value and involving them in strategy. Define requirements, quality criteria, and support strategy delivery with project team leads. Make data-driven decisions using customer research and various data types. Progress ideas from discovery through delivery. Identify and own process improvements, implementing new ones where needed. Shape the future of the platform with everyone at Nexus Mods.
