- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives — from scoping to adoption, with measurable outcomes
- Identify and close gaps across Sales, Expansion, and Customer functions; turn what works into scalable playbooks embedded in BAU
- Use AI and automation to fundamentally change how Re‑Leased operates — reducing manual effort, accelerating decisions, and raising output quality across every team
- Evaluate and onboard new AI tools where they create genuine value, and build the enablement framework so our people are equipped and confident
- Improve the infrastructure, processes, and systems that let Re‑Leased scale — across Finance, P&C, and all non-GTM functions
- Design and run structured pilots for new initiatives, then transition what works into core business functions with clear ownership
- Collaborate across GTM, Customer, Operations, Finance, P&C, and Leadership to build the buy-in that makes adoption stick
- Establish the metrics and dashboards to track initiative progress and report transparently on results
