Responsibilities:
Hire and scale Account Executives and BDRs Coach AEs on discovery, deal progression, and executive communication Design and refine a clear, repeatable sales process Implement a sales methodology Ensure HubSpot discipline and pipeline hygiene Lead ICP deep dives and define vertical focus Drive multi-threading into buying committees Hold AEs accountable for consistent outreach Join strategic calls and support enterprise deal closure Improve proposals, pitch decks, and business cases Own the sales tech stack, process, reporting, and forecasting Partner with RevOps on HubSpot configuration and automation Bring structured feedback from the field to marketing/product/CX Share data-driven recommendations on pricing and packaging
