Responsibilities:
Define and implement enterprise GTM strategy Own pipeline development, forecasting, and quota achievement Cultivate trusted partnerships with senior-level stakeholders Lead and scale a team of AEs, solution architects, and SDRs Engage in high-value enterprise deals Establish sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs Recruit, onboard, and coach new AEs Own weekly pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy
