Requirements:
8+ years of UX product design with a portfolio showcasing the impact of your work on the business. Experience working on a small design team and 'doing it all'. Enjoy going deep on both UX and UI work. Clear communicator and enjoy working closely with partners across teams, particularly in engineering. Invested in your craft and have experience with data visualization and interaction design. Experience mentoring and providing guidance to other designers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the overall experience design vision aligned with company goals and product roadmap. Own the design system and plan for its evolutionary implementation. Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize and spec out new features. Work directly with engineering to ensure features are built, balancing vision, feasibility, and user value. Design new features from concept to finalized pixels. Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions. Lead and mentor a team of 3 product designers. Shape design across all product lines and set a high bar for craft. Design meaningful parts of the product.
