Perform basic/form agreement review (NDAs, SNDAs, standard forms). Draft initial template agreements (AAR/TAR, TIC, Estoppel, lease amendments). Handle securities filings (Form D, Accredited Investor Verification Letters, Subscription Agreements). Manage legal due diligence transaction coordination. Manage entity formation and compliance (filing documents, statutory agent, annual reporting, organizational chart, entity map). Assist with 3rd party report audits (ALTA Surveys, Phase I ESAs, Zoning Reports, PCAs). Manage debt covenants and update debt tracker. Perform legal research and summarize findings. Handle marketing compliance review. Assist with new hire onboarding (offer letters, employment agreements, tax forms).
