Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including advanced financial reporting and hands-on bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards. Experience with payroll processing, tax compliance, and reconciliations. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to perform both senior-level accounting functions and routine bookkeeping tasks. Professional, proactive, and adaptable. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines. CPA qualification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
