Senior Property Accountant

4+ years of experience in real estate or property accounting Proven experience managing accounting for multiple properties or assets Strong hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Experience using Yardi Breeze or similar property management accounting systems Highly independent self-starter Strong attention to detail and accountability Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Own full-cycle accounting for assigned real estate assets Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledgers Perform month-end and year-end close processes by property Produce complete and timely financial statements per asset Reconcile bank accounts and property-level accounts regularly Maintain accurate records within Yardi Breeze Ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple properties and entities Collaborate with internal team members and external partners Support accounting scalability as new assets are acquired
