J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar membership (U.S., BVI, Cayman, U.K., or comparable jurisdiction). 10-15 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain, digital assets, or fintech. Strong understanding of securities laws, token classification frameworks, AML/KYC, and data protection regulations. Experience advising on token launches, DAO or validator structures, or Web3 ecosystem partnerships preferred. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, think creatively, and balance legal risk with business goals. Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Passion for blockchain technology.
