Web3 Attorney

J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar membership (U.S., BVI, Cayman, U.K., or comparable jurisdiction). 10-15 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain, digital assets, or fintech. Strong understanding of securities laws, token classification frameworks, AML/KYC, and data protection regulations. Experience advising on token launches, DAO or validator structures, or Web3 ecosystem partnerships preferred. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, think creatively, and balance legal risk with business goals. Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Passion for blockchain technology.

Advise on all legal aspects of Web3 operations, including validator agreements, staking mechanics, token emissions, and governance. Draft, review, and help negotiate a variety of agreements. Monitor and interpret emerging regulations and enforcement trends. Provide guidance on token compliance, secondary-market activity, and treasury management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new products align with global regulatory standards. Manage relationships with external counsel. Develop and maintain internal legal policies, templates, and processes. Advise the executive team and board on regulatory risks and strategic opportunities.
