Track and categorize expenses, maintain documentation and receipts. Coordinate with the accounting team for financial reporting. Support project-based financial tasks. Use AppFolio, Google Calendar, and internal TEAM Tracker for task management. Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements. Help implement new tools, automation, and AI workflows. Create internal documentation (SOPs, checklists, video walkthroughs, AI prompts). Oversee team members and lead team meetings (within 3-6 months). Train new hires, correct errors, and establish expectations. Track department KPIs and maintain dashboards. Drive accountability and ensure operational excellence. Support general business tasks and perform miscellaneous property-related tasks. Provide colleague training on systems and processes.
