Associate Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in provider operations, credentialing, licensing, or healthcare administration. Strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., NCQA, CMS, payer enrollment). Proven ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize competing tasks. Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with EHR systems, Symplr credentialing databases, and data management/reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
