Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in cloud engineering and operations.
At least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience developing, deploying, and operating SaaS / hosted workloads on public cloud platforms.
AWS experience is a must, Azure is beneficial.
Experience with cloud infrastructure tools and processes (monitoring, deployment, security, CI/CD).
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud services.
Lead improvements in automation, incident management, and cost/capacity planning.
Collaborate with product development and management teams for new functionality.
Work with customer support to ensure satisfaction and improve issue resolution.
Support sales opportunities by advising on solution architecture and resource alignment.
