Experience partnering with the R&D function.

Responsibilities:

Lead FP&A support for R&D Cloud Finance.
Partner with senior executives on financial discipline and strategic decision-making.
Assess revenue recognition impacts, operational scalability, and business risk for new initiatives.
Develop business processes and engage with R&D leadership on financial reviews.
Develop financial models reflecting strategic long-term plans.
Provide leadership on topline consumption insight and analytics.
Structure and influence complex revenue deals.
Analyze and optimize Cloud gross margins and infrastructure costs.
Lead cloud capacity planning strategy and set efficiency targets.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
