Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Proven experience in channel marketing, partnership development, or business development Excellent understanding of referral programs and co-marketing strategies Excellent relationship management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to analyze data and measure partner performance effectively Creative thinking, strategic collaboration, and efficient problem-solving Proficiency in managing and communicating the status of multiple projects at once Experience with vendor management and supplier coordination Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure organizational goals are met Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of communicating in a remote-first environment Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment Ability and empathy to relate to all levels of the leadership team Understanding of Veterans and veteran experience strongly preferred
