Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools (preferred) 3-5 years of marketing experience Experience in a startup environment or agency setting Proven ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously Experience with email marketing platforms Experience with social media management Experience with webinar technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance Comfortable working cross-functionally Self-starter who thrives with autonomy Knowledge of the AEC or building products industry is a plus
